New Release – 15 Startown Hazards (EABA)

Tuesday, January 30th, 2007

Polgarus Games is very happy to announce our first release for EABA, the generic RPG system published by BTRC.

Our first EABA release is an EABA-specific version of our latest product in the Space Opera Support line – 15 Startown Hazards. Many of the hazards in 15 Startown Hazards needed to refer to system specific information, and while we tried to speak in as general terms as possible while writting it having a specific system to work with (in this case EABA) makes the writing much easier.

The EABA version of 15 Startown Hazards is available from YourGamesNow and RPGNow. It should be available shortly at e23.

New Release – 101 Starship Names (free)

Wednesday, January 24th, 2007

We’ve just put together a new free release to help busy gamemasters. 101 Starship Names is just what the title suggests – a list of 101 names suitable as ship names in most space opera settings. The next time your players try to surprise you by asking the name of a ship you just mentioned as background color, you’ll be ready for them!

You can grab 101 Starship Names from our download page or from YourGamesNow.

New Release – 15 Startown Hazards

Monday, January 22nd, 2007

It’s taken a little longer than I had hoped, but the latest release in our Space Opera Support line has finally been released. 15 Startown Hazards offers 15 different hazards that the PCs may face when they are next passing through a city. The hazards included can be used as a simple diversion, or they could lead to a complete adventure.

15 Startown Hazards is available now from YourGamesNow and from RPGNow. It will shortly be available at e23.

Polgarus Games now at YourGamesNow!

Tuesday, January 16th, 2007

In our efforts to continue offering our customers more options on where they can shop, Polgarus Games has just signed up with YourGamesNow. YourGamesNow is a rather unusual store – instead of being run by a separate company, it is a co-operative between RPG publishers with all profits going back to the publishers. This means it is in the publishers best interests to keep their customers (ie: you) happy, publishing great products and offering great service!

I’m very excited about being a part of YourGamesNow. Check them out and have a look around. If you want to see Polgarus Games products specifically, you can find them here.

Polgarus Games now at e23!

Wednesday, January 3rd, 2007

We’re pleased to announce that all Polgarus Games products are now available from e23, the electronic games store run by Steve Jackson Games. The staff over at e23 are a terrific bunch (especially Thomas, the manager for the store), and they have a large and growing range of products for all systems. Be sure to check them out.
